Everyone’s favorite event of the year is all about bringing new friends into the circle, but the reason everyone is so excited about Power Cocktails, is its beautiful location and chic ambiance.
The tradition began in New York City, as our first Power Cocktails gathered at the Four Seasons hotel bar. Every year, we chose to celebrate Eurocircle’s movers and shakers by shining the spotlight on them, and inviting the most prominent members of the group to co-host the event with us. Naturally, this event is all about being seen as it is normally covered by media, and members sport their finest to prepare for the night.
The event has been growing in popularity every year, until finally in 2011 we ran out of space at the Four Seasons bar, as some 950 guests descended upon the bar at the same time. Fortunately, in Philadelphia, we have a smaller circle and there is plenty of space for everyone, but the event keeps growing, as members keep spreading the word. This year’s Philly Power Cocktails was covered by the legendary Susan Scovill, and her photos always sell out among our members.
